We also offer 1-on-1 Personal Training, that will help you meet your regime goal. 1-on-1 Training is all about you, regardless if you partner up with your mate, siblings, friend, or just you alone we are here every step of the way- targeting and making sure you succeed in your weight goals. We hand pick every last trainer to make sure they are perfect for you. Training are available five days a week, and comes with a nutrition plan and Guarantees results!! Personal Training Sessions goes by your availability. Sessions are held Monday - Saturday between the hours of 6am-8pm. Our trainers books up very fast so reserve your trainer today!!
